One-Pot Beef Chili

Hearty, warming chili with ground beef and beans, simmered in a single pot. Great for meal prep.

Ingredients

  • ground beef1 lb ground beef
  • onion1 onion (diced)
  • bell pepper1 bell pepper (diced)
  • garlic3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • kidney beans1 can kidney beans (drained and rinsed)
  • black beans1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • crushed tomatoes1 can crushed tomatoes
  • tomato paste2 tbsp tomato paste
  • chili powder2 tbsp chili powder
  • cumin1 tbsp cumin
  • smoked paprika1 tsp smoked paprika
  • salt1 tsp salt
  • beef broth1 cup beef broth

    Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium-high heat, breaking it up.
