Connect Pinterest to import boards and pins, or set up sharing from your phone. Everything stays on this device.

Demo mode

Connect your Pinterest account to import recipes from your boards. Pinterest isn't configured on the server, so you can either enter your App Client ID for a live connection or use clearly labeled demo data.

Pinterest App Client ID (developer mode)

Your client secret is never stored in the browser. The redirect URI is /auth/pinterest/callback.

Pinterest app keys are issued to business accounts. You don't need one to import recipes - use manual import below. If you do want the connect button to work, Pinterest lets you convert a free personal account to a business account at pinterest.com/business/ (or link an existing business account); it's optional and never required here.

Manual import - no account needed

Paste a Pinterest pin or any recipe URL and we'll pull it straight in. This works with any Pinterest account (personal or business) and needs no app keys.

Share recipes from your iPhone

Use the iOS Shortcuts app to share a recipe link straight into your importer. Create a shortcut that receives Shared Input (a URL or text) and opens the import link below. The app reads the url or text it receives and starts parsing automatically.

Tip: in Shortcuts, set the action to "Open URLs" with /import?url= followed by the shared link, or /import?text= for text.
