BBQ Pulled Pork Tacos

Ingredients

  • pork shoulder3 lb pork shoulder
  • bbq sauce1 cup bbq sauce
  • corn tortillas12 corn tortillas
  • cabbage2 cups cabbage (shredded)
  • onion1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • garlic4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • paprika1 tbsp paprika
  • cumin1 tsp cumin
  • salt1 tbsp salt
  • apple cider vinegar1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • chicken broth1 cup chicken broth

Steps

    Preheat the oven to 300°F.

    Rub the pork shoulder with paprika, cumin, and salt.

    Place the pork in a Dutch oven with garlic, broth, and apple cider vinegar.

    Cover and braise for 3-4 hours until the pork shreds easily.
